Designed to meet SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, Sarbanes/Oxley, and other regulatory standards, A&D provides you with a compliant system for retention and recovery of all inbound, outbound, and internal messages.
A&D requires no hardware or software installation, archives messages and attachments in real-time, and lowers administrative costs by off-loading staff from data backup, management, and security tasks.
With a comprehensive web-based console, Administrators easily manage multiple searches or investigations. To support policy-driven investigations and litigation, A&D places needed records on hold, temporarily preventing automatic message deletion. Optionally, grant users access to search, gather, and recover messages from individual archives.
A&D may archive messages for a single year, or for up to 10 years. Archives may be limited to inbound and outbound messages, or, with journaling in place, include all internal email messages as well. A&D allows retention policies to match legal and regulatory requirements and corporate policies. And, retention policies may vary at the user or group level by organization or geography.
Audit trails of activity within the system track specific actions to ensure compliance.
Message Archive & Discovery is available as an add-on to Google Message Security (GMS), or may be bundled as Google Message Discovery.
