Better Shared Inboxes for G Suite

Shared inboxes for contact, sales, and service are powerful business tools for fostering great customer relationships. G Suite gives you basic inbox sharing: the ability to share inboxes and delegate emails without a separate login. But G Suite falls short of providing truly collaborative inboxes. The Groups features of G Suite is a separate application, distinct for the Gmail inbox; replies from personal inboxes are not tracked; team members cannot see if others are working on a task; and there are not tools for measuring performance.
