One of the biggest criticisms of Google Apps is the lack of a collaborative task manager that organizations can use to manage and coordinate team activities. While third party project management tools exist, most organizations do not need or want complex tools. Most teams are fine tracking assigned tasks, basic precedence and order, and expected duration.
