You maybe aware of a major security breach and risks related to the ScreenConnect tool used by many IT providers. While Cumulus Global uses systems from Connectwise, the maker of ScreenConnect, internally, we do not use ScreenConnect. As a Cumulus Global client, you are NOT impacted by this issue.
