Our contract support options provide unlimited support at affordable rates based on the size and need of your organization.

Cumulus Global’s support operates during normal EST/EDT business hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Customers may request and schedule off-hours at no additional cost. Cumulus Global staff monitors email and web support requests off hours for emergencies.

Cumulus Global intends to respond to all support requests within four (4) business hours, with 80% of all requests responded to within two (2) business hours. The Support Package covers all services, as proposed herein, through the completion of the deployment and data migration effort.

Admin Support

Admin Support allows customers to manage and support its end user communities while taking advantage of our experience and expertise. Our Admin Support package provides unlimited assistance for IT resources and application managers.

Premium Support

Premium Support allows customers to manage and support its end user communities while leveraging Cumulus Global’s resources. Our Premium Support package provides unlimited assistance for IT resources and application managers, as well as “Tier 2” support for end users.
