The Challenge

Support the creation and implementation of an employee-owned holding company, under which the company will add new brands and operating units. The growth will be organic and through strategic acquisitions of other agencies and firms.

Design and implement a phased, 4-point approach including:

  • Transition to Google Workspace Enterprise for improved collaboration, communication, and identity management and security.

  • Support integration of third-party applications and solutions for critical workflows, including the use of AppSheet and SmartSheet for workflow and project management.
