Prior to joining Cumulus Global, Wes served in customer advocate and inside sales roles for a leading B2B SaaS provider.

Her role goes beyond support to helping ensure our clients get the most value out of their information technology and services.

Randy Brobbey

As one of our Cloud Service Specialists on our Service Team, Randy helps clients fully utilize their cloud services and IT systems. More than support, Randy helps teams move to cloud services and use these services to work more efficiently and effectively.  Prior to joining Cumulus Global, Randy worked in customer service roles in baking, logistics, and financial services. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree.

Debbie joins our Service Team as a Cloud Service Specialist as she continues her studies at the College of the Holy Cross. Her focus is on helping clients and their teams learn and use their cloud services and IT systems effectively and efficiently. Debbie brings a variety of customer service experiences, along with a strong history of, and a continuing commitment to, community service supporting education, access, and equity.

Bill is a Cloud Advisor responsible for helping existing and prospective customers with cloud forward solutions that meet their business needs, priorities, and budgets. Bill works with executives, leaders, and team members to understand workflows, identify strategic goals and tactical requirements, and design solutions and implementation phases. Having helped over 200 organizations successfully adopt cloud solutions, his expertise and working style ensure a comfortable experience effective change management.  Prior to joining Cumulus Global, Bill focused on email and collaboration solutions for other cloud service firms after leading information technology and service programs for a multi-disciplinary creative agency in Atlanta.
